We are always happy to produce pieces to client specifications and can make changes to height, depth, width and internal composition on most collections. Once you have placed your order, we will issue an invoice and require a 50% deposit to confirm the order, with the balance payable 2 weeks prior to delivery. Payment can be made by BACS transfer or by cheque made payable to BETHAN GRAY DESIGN LTD, all details are on the paperwork.
Bethan Gray Design collections are handmade by master craftsmen, so please allow a six-week lead time for pieces from the collection and eight weeks for bespoke requests.
